Role description

Role Overview

CoreWeave's Strategic Programs and Global Expansion organization delivers the physical capacity behind The Essential Cloud for AI. The Self-Development group carries sites from acquisition through construction handoff: diligence, entitlements and permitting, pre-development design, utility coordination, and the budget, schedule, and risk controls that bring a site to construction start.

What You Will Do

Manage integrated project delivery for assigned self-development sites from acquisition through construction handoff, coordinating internal functions and external parties against agreed milestones and dated deliverables.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role manages day-to-day execution for assigned self-development sites, partnering with the Principals who lead development strategy and key commercial decisions.

  • Demonstrated ownership of significant pre-construction workstreams, including integrated schedule management and budget tracking for land acquisition, site development, or construction readiness.
  • Working knowledge of entitlement and permitting processes, including AHJ submittals and approval sequencing.
  • Experience coordinating due diligence workstreams—including title, survey, geotechnical, and environmental reviews—and tracking closing requirements.
  • Proven ability to drive follow-through on agreed deliverables across internal teams and external parties without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with project controls and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent, and the ability to turn project information into clear executive reporting.
  • Experience coordinating consultant agreements, statements of work, purchase orders, and invoice validation.
  • Sound judgment in identifying risks, managing dependencies, and escalating decisions to project leaders.
