Role Overview
CoreWeave's Global Tax Team is seeking a Senior Manager, International Tax Operations, to join their team. This role will be crucial in managing international tax operations, including income tax compliance and provision. The team's mission is to mitigate risk, drive operational efficiencies, and add financial value by combining technical expertise with a proactive, collaborative approach to global taxation.
What You Will Do
The Senior Manager will manage international tax matters in a fast-paced regulatory and business environment. They will partner with the Global Tax team, Controllership, and business operations counterparts, and external advisors to ensure compliance and deliver the company's direct tax compliance and reporting.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive corporate tax experience in public accounting and multinational companies. They will have solid technical tax knowledge across EMEA and APAC, experience in managing global projects, and strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Requirements
- ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or comparable corporate tax and accounting knowledge
- 10+ years of progressive corporate tax experience in public accounting and multinational companies
- Solid technical tax knowledge across EMEA and APAC
- Experience in managing global projects
