Role Overview

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Communications to shape the COO's voice and lead communications that keep a large workforce aligned around strategy and execution. The role will work closely with the COO and leadership team to serve as a trusted advisor and help contextualize CoreWeave's market story.

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager will serve as a strategic communications advisor to the COO, build and manage the COO's organizational narrative, and prepare the COO for key internal moments. They will also partner with External Communications and Marketing to create a brand strategy for physical operations and infrastructure.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in executive, internal, or strategic communications, including significant experience supporting C-suite executives in a complex organization. They will also have a track record of simplifying technical complexity for a broad audience and strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in executive, internal, or strategic communications
• Significant experience supporting C-suite executives in a complex organization
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in AI tools and comfortable using them to streamline day-to-day tasks
• Experience in AI, cloud, enterprise technology, or another fast-moving, highly technical industry is preferred
