Role Overview

Join Crusoe, a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company, as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist for Compute. This role involves sourcing and procurement of compute hardware, managing global suppliers, and ensuring timely deployments across all Crusoe data centers.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include BOM and hardware sourcing execution, global supplier coordination, RFQ and quote management, purchase order lifecycle, supplier onboarding and compliance, DCIM and asset accuracy, cross-functional coordination, urgent deployment support, and reporting and visibility.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or hardware deployment operations, with strong hardware fluency, procurement operations experience, and vendor coordination skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or hardware deployment operations
• Strong working knowledge of compute server hardware (GPU servers, CPU servers, components)
• Hands-on experience with Coupa or a comparable ERP/procurement platform
• Working experience with NetBox, ServiceNow, or similar DCIM/asset management tools
• Track record of managing OEM, ODM, distributor, or VAR relationships at an operational level
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, with a track record of building or improving procurement and operations workflows
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in Ireland, or eligible for Crusoe-sponsored relocation and work authorization
