Role Overview
We're looking for an Engineering Generalist to work with the R&D team, designing the next generations of our data center product. The team spans mechanical, electrical, controls, and compute engineering, working with manufacturing and supply chain to move designs from first article to repeatable production at gigawatt scale.
What You Will Do
As an Engineering Generalist, you will be the right hand to the Head of Development Engineering, drive initiatives across the organization, coordinate across every engineering team, shape technical direction, and run the operating rhythm.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for someone with 3-7 years of experience in engineering, technical program management, consulting, or operations, ideally around hardware, energy, or infrastructure. You should be comfortable in an engineering conversation, write clearly, and be self-directed with a low ego.
Requirements
