Role Overview
The Gas Lead will negotiate behind-the-meter PPAs, gas supply agreements, and evaluate generation equipment for a data center campus. They will quarterback development, engineering, legal, and finance from site selection to executed supply contracts.
What You Will Do
Negotiate PPAs, gas supply agreements, and diligence gas-fired sites. Evaluate generation technologies and build techno-economic models. Quarterback across engineering, legal, finance, and operations.

Requirements
- Personal experience negotiating behind-the-meter PPAs, tolls, or heat rate options
- Experience negotiating gas supply agreements and managing fixed-price, index, and basis exposure
- Ability to diligence a gas-fired site from pipeline access and fuel deliverability through air permits and power delivery
- Experience comparing generation technologies on heat rate, spark-spread economics, and reliability
- Ability to build techno-economic models and defend sensitivities to lenders, investors, or executives
