Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Supply Chain to own sourcing and buying for critical equipment categories, lock vendor capacity, and build a category team. The role requires experience in direct materials spend, vendor management, and team leadership.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for sourcing and buying critical equipment, managing vendor capacity, and building a category team. You will also work with design, construction, and manufacturing teams to ensure equipment lands before schedule needs it.

- Personally owned $300M+ in direct materials spend on physical equipment
- Held vendors to production ramp commitments

- Worked electrical and mechanical equipment lead times hands-on
- Scaled supply at a company going from prototype to volume
- Made sourcing calls on incomplete data
