Role Overview
We're looking for an Insider Risk Lead to stand up FluidStack's insider risk and counterintelligence program from zero. The role involves designing and landing technical controls, running insider risk incidents, and owning the program's stakeholder relationships.
What You Will Do
The Insider Risk Lead will be responsible for building the entire security program from scratch, including operating model, roadmap, and controls. They will also work with the security org to design and land technical controls, run insider risk incidents, and write the program's policy library.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have experience building or rebuilding an insider risk program in a commercial environment, have come up through the intelligence community or an adjacent national security mission, and have shipped technical controls by working through teams that don't report to them.
