Role Overview
Nebius is seeking an experienced Deputy SOC Manager to lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) strategy, technology, and improvement. The role reports to the SOC Manager and involves mentoring Regional SOC Managers and senior analysts.
What You Will Do
Define the SOC's strategy and roadmap, drive improvements, own SOC processes, apply AI and automation to cyber defense, and mentor Regional SOC Managers and senior analysts.

Requirements
- 8-10 years in security operations
- 2 years managing people
- Solid understanding of SOC tooling and workflows
- Working knowledge of investigation methodology and the incident lifecycle
- Understanding of attacker TTPs (MITRE ATT&CK)
- Familiarity with cloud and cloud-native environments
- Certifications such as GCIH, GSOM, or CISM
- Leadership & Communication skills
