Role Overview
We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer to build software that makes network operations safe, scalable, and boring, as we launch new data centers in APAC and expand fast.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain services and tooling that automate the network lifecycle, make network changes safe and transparent, develop observability systems, close gaps between the network and the platform, own architecture and technical decisions, and hire and onboard engineers.

We expect you to have 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, strong coding skills, and ownership mindset, as well as the ability to work autonomously and make decisions with incomplete information.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong coding skills and ownership mindset
- Proficiency in Go or readiness to switch; Python is also welcome
- Ability to work autonomously in an early-stage environment
- Willingness to stay hands-on while leading and growing a team
- Interest in infrastructure and/or network
