Role Overview
We're looking for a Lead Technical Project Manager for Network Infrastructure in APAC. This is a high-leverage role in a early-stage and fast-scaling network infrastructure organisation. You will own end-to-end delivery of cross-team network infrastructure initiatives, define scope and success criteria, and drive decisions to closure.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include owning end-to-end delivery of cross-team network infrastructure initiatives, defining scope and success criteria, reviewing designs and technical proposals, tracking dependencies and risks, and driving adoption.

We expect you to have 7+ years of experience in technical project management, engineering management or a hands-on engineering role, a real engineering background, and strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical project management, engineering management or a hands-on engineering role
- Real engineering background
- Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals (Linux, networking, automation, CI/CD)
- Proven ability to drive decisions and create clarity in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment and to build processes from scratch
- Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written) and comfort working across time zones
