Role Overview
As a Public Affairs Specialist, you will support and deliver Nebius' public affairs strategy at national, regional, and local levels in Finland. You will build relationships with government agencies, municipalities, and communities, and develop strong partnerships with various stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include national government engagement, regional and local engagement, infrastructure and regulatory support, strategic advocacy and coalition building, and executive advice and internal alignment.

Requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience in public affairs, government relations, public policy, political advisory, or external relations
- Finnish government engagement experience and a strong understanding of decision-making within the President’s Office, Prime Minister’s Office, ministries, Parliament, municipalities, and public administration
- Proven national, regional, and local operating capability, including the ability to connect political strategy with infrastructure delivery and community engagement
- Relevant sector experience in technology, AI, cloud infrastructure, data centres, energy, telecommunications, industrial development, or another regulated infrastructure sector
- Excellent political judgment, discretion, and stakeholder presence, with strong writing, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluency in Finnish and English
