Role Overview
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for the commercial management of Nscale's Hyperscale Data Center projects in Europe, working closely with Development, Design, and Construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, and in full compliance with contractual and governance requirements.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include commercial management of major hyperscale data centre construction projects, driving cost efficiency and value creation, managing detailed project budgets and CAPEX models, and preparing and delivering detailed cost reports and forecasts.
