Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical system delivery for Nscale's hyperscale data centre project in northern Norway. The role demands deep knowledge of high-voltage, low-voltage, UPS, and backup generation systems.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and oversee all electrical construction activities, review and validate design drawings, manage on-site interfaces, monitor and report on progress, and oversee quality assurance.

Requirements
- Significant experience managing electrical delivery including within data centre or mission-critical projects
- Degree or qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, power conditioning, and controls systems
- Proven experience in coordinating design, installation, and commissioning activities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiar with project reporting and scheduling tools
- Fluent in English; additional / local European languages advantageous
