Role Overview
Nscale is seeking a high-output treasury professional to help execute project-based financing and debt capital markets transactions. This role is ideal for someone who is analytically strong, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a larger deal execution role.
What You Will Do
Run day-to-day transaction workstreams across corporate and project-level financings, build and maintain transaction models, evaluate key financing terms, prepare lender presentations, and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance or related field
- Approximately 5-10 years of experience in debt capital markets, leveraged finance, corporate treasury, structured finance, private credit, or infrastructure finance
- Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong judgment, urgency, and follow-through
