Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support the delivery of Nscale's hyperscale data centre construction developments. You will take ownership of planning, scheduling, and progress reporting across complex 100MW+ DC projects.
What You Will Do
Develop, manage, and maintain project and master construction programmes for hyperscale data centre projects. Review, challenge, and manage GC contractor schedules, ensuring alignment with contractual, technical, and commercial requirements.

A Senior Planning / Scheduling professional with c. 8+ years relevant experience and of a level where you are able to work independently. Strong understanding of data centre construction sequencing, MEP integration, and commissioning logic.
Requirements
- A Senior Planning / Scheduling professional with c. 8+ years relevant experience
- Strong understanding of data centre construction sequencing, MEP integration, and commissioning logic
- Extensive hands-on experience using the likes of Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to interrogate contractor programmes and challenge logic, sequencing, and durations
