Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager plays a leading role in managing the construction of Nscale's hyperscale data centres, coordinating design, engineering, and construction activities through every stage of project execution.
What You Will Do
Manage project scope, schedule, and quality, ensuring alignment with design intent and business objectives, and lead discipline Project Managers to deliver on time, safely, and to specification.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-discipline delivery teams across multiple geographies
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and coordination
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
- Understanding of commercial and contractual principles sufficient to ensure alignment with cost and schedule targets
- Fluent in English and, ideally, Finnish
