Serve as a strategic People Operations partner to leaders across TensorWave, coaching managers, guiding talent and performance decisions, and translating business priorities into people plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in People Operations
• 2+ years in a business partner role supporting leaders and managers directly
• Experience partnering with technical organizations
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior managers
• Experience guiding leaders through organizational design, change management, and team growth
• Strong coaching skills
• Working knowledge of employment law and best practices in North America
• Comfortable supporting a distributed/remote workforce
• Experience with performance management, talent reviews, compensation cycles, and career development frameworks
• Comfort working with people data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and integrity
• Experience with People Operations systems and people analytics tools
