Role Overview

Lead a team of Program Managers while personally owning delivery of our most strategic, high-priority data center builds.

Direct Management, Portfolio & Capacity Orchestration, Process Standardization, Strategic Execution & Build Ownership, Flagship Program Delivery, High-Stakes Facilitation, Stakeholder & Vendor Orchestration, Program Health & Visibility, Executive Communication, Ambiguity Navigation.

12+ years of technical program management experience, formal people leadership, and deep fluency in global data center deployments, power/cooling dependencies, and critical-path execution for AI and Cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Program Management experience within a technical or infrastructure-focused organization
• 2+ years of formal people management experience leading direct reports
• Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira Plans
• Proven Player-Coach Capability
• Technical Depth
• Exceptional Communication & EQ
• Change Management & Scaling
