Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end turn-up, onboarding, and validation of data center infrastructure — from physical installation to a fully operational, production-ready state.

What You Will Do

Drive end-to-end execution from hardware power-on to production readiness, manage timelines across automated provisioning, compute, storage, and networking setups, and partner with engineering to improve cluster turn-up reliability, repeatability, and automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading large-scale infrastructure deployments, cloud/data center turn-ups, or technical program lifecycles
• Demonstrated software development lifecycle (SDLC) expertise
• Technical familiarity with AI accelerators (NVIDIA, AMD), high-speed GPU interconnects, and cluster topologies
• Strong knowledge of data center networks (BGP, leaf-spine), Linux systems, and distributed storage
• Proven track record managing complex dependencies, implementing validation testing, and meeting strict deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or master's degree is a plus
• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred, but not required
