Role Overview

CoreWeave is a rapidly growing technology company delivering purpose-built cloud infrastructure that powers the AI revolution. The Power Procurement Manager will be responsible for structuring, negotiating, and executing power procurement and risk management transactions for CoreWeave's data center portfolio.

What You Will Do

Own the end-to-end process for executing energy procurement transactions, lead execution of electricity supply agreements, and develop standardized contracting, approval, and risk review workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in energy procurement, power trading, or utility/retail energy markets
• Deep understanding of U.S. power markets, with meaningful experience in deregulated markets
• Proven track record structuring and negotiating complex energy contracts
• Strong expertise in energy forecasting, market and basis risk analysis, and financial modeling for energy transactions and hedging strategies
