Role Overview

As a Senior Superintendent, you'll operate with greater independence across an active data center construction project, owning multiple work areas or a full building system while continuing to build toward Senior Superintendent scope.

What You Will Do

Direct subcontractor and field personnel, contribute to schedule sequencing decisions, and coordinate directly with the commissioning team on Level 4–5 activities.

Requirements

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent field experience
• 4+ years of construction field experience, including 2+ years in an assistant superintendent or superintendent-track role
• Direct experience on mission-critical or data center construction projects
• Working knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning sequences (Level 3–5), and data center quality standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent work areas or trade packages
• Proficiency with standard PC and business communication tools, including scheduling/project management software
