Role description
Role Overview
The Staff Specialist Field Engineer will establish and lead the Autonomous Vehicles vertical, defining how the team engages with customers, setting technical standards, and leading complex customer engagements.
What You Will Do
You will work across CoreWeave's AI platform to design and deploy solutions, build customer-facing applications, and gather signals from real customer deployments to inform development of standalone capabilities.
Why It Might Be a Fit

- Proficient in working directly in JupyterHub, VS Code, Marimo, and W&B Models
- Working knowledge of ML approaches relevant to autonomous systems
- Able to validate ML solutions on engineering grounds and identify when a result is inconsistent with the physical or safety constraints of the domain
- Proven experience leading complex technical customer engagements, managing multi-stakeholder environments, and maintaining executive relationships
