Role Overview
As an Internal Communications Specialist, you'll help employees stay informed, connected, and engaged as the company grows. You'll coordinate and deliver communications across our internal channels, support campaigns and events, and contribute to employee experience and culture initiatives.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and deliver internal communications campaigns, support employee experience and culture initiatives, source and develop employee stories, and help plan and deliver internal events.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, events or a related communications role
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Experience coordinating communications, events or employee initiatives from planning through delivery
- Familiarity with digital communications channels and tools such as Slack, email platforms, intranets or employee portals
- Confidence building relationships and working collaboratively with stakeholders at different levels
