Role Overview
Nscale is hiring a Senior Security Engineer to join the Red Team, part of the global CISO organisation. The role involves delivering offensive security campaigns across cloud, infrastructure, enterprise environments, identity systems, endpoints, and applications.
What You Will Do
The Senior Security Engineer will plan and execute red team campaigns, emulate real-world attacker behaviour, and identify weaknesses across infrastructure, identity systems, endpoints, and applications. They will also build agentic workflows that orchestrate multiple models and tools to accelerate offensive security work.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in red teaming, offensive security, or penetration testing, and a proven track record of conducting adversary simulations and complex attack chains. They will also have hands-on experience applying large language models to offensive security work and a deep understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and attacker methodologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in red teaming, offensive security, or penetration testing
- Proven experience conducting adversary simulations and complex attack chains
- Hands-on experience applying large language models to offensive security work
- Experience building agentic workflows that orchestrate multiple models and tools
- Strong expertise across network, application, cloud, and identity security
- Deep understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and attacker methodologies
- Ability to own and deliver workstreams across several campaigns with limited supervision
