Requirements
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience
- At least 4 years in a dedicated Talent Operations or TA Enablement role
- Proven experience leading and developing a coordination or operations team
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, GoodTime, and AI sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and how operations underpin great hiring outcomes
- Experience designing and improving processes, workflows, and KPI frameworks at scale
- Comfortable working across multiple Americas markets, with an understanding of regional compliance considerations
- Data-literate with experience building TA dashboards and using insights to influence decisions
- Passionate about digital innovation and the application of AI to drive operational excellence
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment
