Role Overview

The Senior QA Engineer, Client Interfaces will own the end-to-end test strategy across the Console, CLIs, Terraform provider, and MCP servers, and will be responsible for building automation frameworks, verifying cross-surface consistency, and defining quality gates and release criteria.

The Senior QA Engineer, Client Interfaces will work on test strategy ownership, framework development, cross-surface consistency, release readiness, AI-first testing, exploratory testing, complex problem solving, and coaching and collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, test automation, or SDET roles on customer-facing products
• Experience building, or helping build, a TypeScript automation framework from scratch and running it in CI
• Comfortable testing HTTP APIs, CLIs, and infrastructure tooling
• Familiarity with AI coding and testing tools (Claude Code or similar agents)
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly in writing
