Role Overview
We're looking for a Civil Designer to join our Data Center Design Team. The team is working on designing and building data centers, and the ideal candidate will have experience with civil construction documents, CAD standards, and coordination with structural and architectural models.
What You Will Do
The Civil Designer will produce civil drawing sets, turn drawing revisions around quickly, build and maintain CAD standards, and coordinate civil sheets against structural and architectural models.

Requirements
- Drafted civil construction documents in Civil 3D or AutoCAD that were issued for construction and built from
- Built surfaces, grading, corridors, and pipe networks in Civil 3D yourself, from survey data to finished sheets
- Turned engineer redlines into finished sheets on same-day deadlines and kept the set consistent while doing it
- Kept drawing sets internally airtight: callouts resolve, matchlines align, and every referenced detail exists
- Worked deadlines where a missed submittal slips a permit, and the sheet was ready
- Set up or maintained CAD standards that other drafters followed
