Role Overview
Build Fluidstack's offensive security program from the ground up, securing the frontier of AI and protecting the most valuable and most targeted artifacts in technology.
What You Will Do
Run red and purple team operations, pen test critical systems, partner with security and engineering teams, contribute to AI-assisted offensive testing tools and workflows, and present findings to technical and executive audiences.

Requirements
- Years of hands-on experience in red teaming and offensive security operations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: macOS, Linux, cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to find novel attack paths and chain vulnerabilities into full compromise
- Experience running adversary simulations against well-defended environments
- Ability to write quality code in Python, Go, or similar languages
- Ability to write findings that get fixed and help teams prioritize risk
- Experience working closely with blue teams
