Role description

Role Overview

Design Manager will lead the design, development, and execution of 10s to 100s of GWs of data centers this decade. They will drive the next generation of liquid cooling and electrical distribution systems, develop and scale first-of-a-kind modular data centers, and influence behind-the-meter designs and planning for multi-GW campuses.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end project management of concurrent data center design and solution-delivery programs from initiation through construction-ready handoff. Build and maintain integrated master schedules across architectural, structural, MEP, civil, technology, and specialty design disciplines.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You've run technical program management for complex design or construction programs, ideally data center or large capital projects. You build integrated master schedules across many design disciplines and hold them. You establish program governance (gates, change control, decision logs) that adds accountability, not bureaucracy.

Requirements

  • Technical program management experience for complex design or construction programs
  • Integrated master scheduling across many design disciplines
  • Program governance experience (gates, change control, decision logs)
  • Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • Owner-side design and engineering PM experience

Benefits

  • Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity)
  • Retirement or pension plan
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous PTO policy
  • Total compensation may also include equity in the form of restricted stock units
