Role Overview
The AV Engineering and Operational Lead will focus on the Americas, with AV operations mainly in the US. The role will also support AV design and architecture globally, and global events as needed.
What You Will Do
The role will involve leading AV operations, event support, and AV design, with a focus on the Americas and global projects. The person will work closely with Corporate Builds, Workplace, IT, Infrastructure, Security, Facilities, and external integrators.

Requirements
- Substantial hands-on experience supporting and delivering corporate AV and workplace collaboration systems
- Demonstrated capability across AV operations, event support, and AV design
- Strong troubleshooting skills across audio, video, conferencing, control systems, and their network dependencies
- Ability to produce and review technical drawings, equipment specifications, commissioning records, and support documentation
- Experience coordinating integrators, vendors, and internal stakeholders through installation and operational handover
- Sound judgment when balancing US operational priorities with Americas commitments and global design and event support
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues and recommendations to nontechnical colleagues
