Nebius is looking for a Data Excellence Manager to lead cross-functional data initiatives and processes, driving data alignment and visibility across the organization.
What You Will Do
The role combines data excellence with strong project and process management, working with business stakeholders, Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists to translate business needs into clear requirements and deliver trusted data products and initiatives.

Requirements
- Experience in data excellence, governance, quality, analytics, BI, data product management, or a related field
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from requirements through implementation and adoption
- Technical fluency to work with data functions on ingestion, table structures, and supporting processes
- Strong understanding of data quality, KPI definitions, ownership & documentation
- Strong project and process management skills, including prioritization, estimation, dependency management, and delivery reviews across concurrent initiatives
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable data requirements, clearly communicate progress, outcomes, and trade-offs
- Working knowledge of spoken and written English
