M&A Integration Manager

Role Overview

The Integration Manager is a core member of the IMO and a key part of how Nebius integrates its acquisitions in practice. Working closely with the Senior Integration Manager and Head of IMO, this role takes genuine end-to-end ownership of integration workstreams across M&A programmes and corporate initiatives.

What You Will Do

Lead integration planning and drive execution across assigned workstreams from pre-close through Day 1 and into post-close, keeping dependencies visible and workstreams moving. Ensure Day 1 readiness across all assigned workstreams, with critical actions tracked and owners accountable ahead of close.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project or programme management, corporate development, or an integration management function.
• Some exposure to M&A or integration.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams simultaneously and independently.
• Strong governance and planning discipline, with experience maintaining structure under pressure.
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and building trust across functions and cultures.
• Resilient and solutions-focused, comfortable navigating ambiguity and keeping workstreams moving when priorities shift.
