Role Overview
The Transportation Logistics Specialist will manage the full scope of IT hardware logistics, including domestic US transport, inbound international freight, and outbound shipments. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent vendor management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end transport of IT hardware, coordinating inbound freight scheduling, handling RMA and RMS shipments, and maintaining full visibility over active shipments.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in transportation, freight, or logistics management

- Familiarity with TMS platforms, Jira, or similar systems
- Strong understanding of US domestic carrier regulations and international freight compliance
- Experience managing large, heavy, or high-value freight is strongly preferred
