Role Overview

We are looking for a highly structured, analytical, and execution-oriented Senior Corporate Operational Project Manager to help translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes and disciplined execution across Corporate Operations.

What You Will Do

Lead and establish the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology and operating model, translating strategic priorities into clear Objectives, measurable Key Results, and actionable plans.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in Corporate Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, PMO, Management Consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, governance, dependency management, risk management, and execution tracking.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data, KPIs, and management reporting.
• Experience translating strategic priorities into structured plans, measurable outcomes, and operating mechanisms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous or complex situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
• High level of ownership and ability to independently drive work from problem definition through execution.
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of broader business objectives.
