Role Overview
The Construction Manager leads the on-site build of Nscale's AI data centers, ensuring delivery certainty and protecting the company's promise to customers. The role involves directing general contractors, managing safety and quality, and controlling schedule and cost.
What You Will Do
The Construction Manager will direct day-to-day construction, manage general contractors, coordinate the installation of power and cooling infrastructure, and run site logistics and interface management. They will also own safety and quality, ensuring compliance with local codes and Nscale's design standards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years leading mission-critical builds. They will have a strong command of program-level scheduling, budget and cost control, and contract administration. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
