Role Overview
This is a career-level engineering role for someone who wants to own the path from commit to production. You'll take real surface area: the CI/CD, GitOps, and change automation that Nscale's engineers use every day to ship.
What You Will Do
Build and own the tooling that carries code from pull request to production, including GitHub Actions workflows, runners, and Argo CD and Flux deployment pipelines.
Why It Might Be a Fit

Requirements
- 3-6 years in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or software engineering
- Strong programming skills (Python, Go, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with GitHub (Actions and organization administration) and at least one GitOps tool, Argo CD or Flux
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containers
- Hands-on experience with a build and release system (CI build tooling, versioned releases, and promotion between environments)
- Experience with an internal developer portal or service catalog (Backstage or similar)
- Fluency with monitoring and observability: metrics, logs, dashboards, and alerting
- A track record of troubleshooting live production issues and owning the fix through to the retro
