Role Overview
As Senior Construction Manager, you will lead the on-site build of Nscale's AI data centers, from mobilization through construction, commissioning and handover to operations. You are Nscale's presence on site, accountable for safety, quality, schedule and cost.
What You Will Do
Provide senior-level oversight of the overall construction program on behalf of Nscale, directly supervising the General Construction Manager(s), Preconstruction Manager, Construction Scheduler, Cost Manager, and EHS Manager.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in construction management, with at least 3 years leading mission-critical builds such as data centers, semiconductor fabs or large industrial facilities.
Requirements

- OSHA 30 certification
- valid driver's license
- ability to travel between multiple project sites as required
