Role Overview
The Datacenter Security Manager is responsible for the daily management of all physical security operations at the Glomfjord Data Centre. The role ensures that security services delivered by Securitas meet Nscale standards while maintaining a secure environment for staff, contractors, visitors and customers.
What You Will Do
Manage all physical security operations, ensure security standards are consistently maintained, conduct routine inspections of security controls, and ensure compliance with site procedures. Additionally, manage the Securitas security contract, supervise daily performance of security officers, and conduct performance reviews and service meetings.

Requirements
- Experience managing contract security teams
- Experience within data centres or critical infrastructure
- Knowledge of physical security systems
- Experience managing visitors and customer security requirements
- Strong leadership skills
