Role Overview
The Site Security Manager is responsible for the daily management of all physical security operations at the Glomfjord Data Centre, ensuring security standards are consistently maintained and a secure environment for staff, contractors, visitors, and customers.
What You Will Do
Manage physical security operations, conduct routine inspections, ensure compliance with site procedures, and oversee reception security, visitor management, access control, security patrols, and operational readiness.

Requirements
- Experience managing contract security teams
- Experience within data centres or critical infrastructure
- Knowledge of physical security systems
- Experience managing visitors and customer security requirements
- Strong leadership skills
