Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives
• Proven experience managing complex calendars, international travel logistics, and high-volume stakeholder interactions
• Background in technology, financial services, or high-growth companies is a strong plus
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace
• Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Slack and Teams
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and without error
• Absolute discretion in handling sensitive financial, corporate, and personnel information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft polished correspondence independently
• Executive presence and confidence when interacting with board members, investors, and senior leaders
• Outstanding attention to detail, proactive problem-solving ability, and a high degree of personal accountability
