Role Overview
As a People Partner at Nscale, you will serve as a critical partner to leaders, driving organizational scaling and talent development during a period of rapid global expansion.
What You Will Do
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from onboarding through offboarding.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a People Partner, ideally within a high-growth tech start-up or the AI/Cloud infrastructure space.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and partner with COE’s on scalable processes from the ground up with a sense of urgency.
- Technical knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and compliance standards.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to radical transparency and building trust at all levels of the organization.
- A mindset of ownership; you don’t just identify problems, you drive the execution of solutions.
