Role Overview
Nscale is seeking a high-output treasury professional to support execution of project-based financing and debt capital markets transactions. This role is ideal for someone who is analytically strong, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a larger deal execution role over time.
What You Will Do
Support transaction workstreams across corporate and project-level financings, including data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term sheet comparison, and documentation coordination. Build and maintain transaction models covering debt capacity, pricing, leverage, liquidity, covenant sensitivity, and downside cases.

Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate treasury, investment banking, corporate finance, or structured finance
- Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong judgment, urgency, and follow-through
