Role Overview
Nscale is looking for a Senior Manager, Internal Communications to help shape how we communicate, connect and scale as a global business. The role involves shaping internal communications across the employee lifecycle, building programmes and toolkits, and contributing to the company rhythm.
What You Will Do
The Senior Manager will own internal communications across the employee lifecycle, act as the primary communications counterpart to the People team, build and run manager communications, design onboarding communications, and develop culture and values communications.
