Role Overview

The Logistics Manager will oversee the physical supply chain for hardware shipments, including server racks, GPUs, network gear, and critical power components. The role requires international freight, complex customs clearances, domestic FTL/LTL transport, and management of logistical partner networks to ensure on-time delivery for data center site buildouts and operations.

What You Will Do

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for end-to-end freight and logistics execution, trade compliance and customs management, data center site operations, and vendor and contract management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, Business Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management specifically within tech hardware, data centers, hardware manufacturing, or semiconductor industries
• In-depth understanding of high-value asset handling, dual-use trade compliance (ECCN classification, BIS regulations), and Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, DAP, FCA)
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS/TMS software (e.g., NetSuite or specialized freight management systems)
• Proven track record negotiating contracts and managing performance with international 3PLs and freight forwarders
