Role Overview

Join TensorWave's Corporate IT team as a Network Engineer to design, implement, and improve the company's network infrastructure during a period of significant growth and infrastructure modernization.

What You Will Do

Implement, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and network security infrastructure, and serve as a technical resource to the Corporate IT team.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco switching and routing technologies, a strong understanding of network protocols, and experience troubleshooting complex network issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Strong practical experience with Cisco switching and routing technologies.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, routing, STP/RSTP, LACP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPNs, and common network protocols.
• Experience troubleshooting complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues.
• Experience supporting enterprise wireless networks.
• Experience with network segmentation, access controls, and security fundamentals.
• Experience working with redundant WAN connectivity and high-availability network environments.
• Ability to independently own technical deliverables and troubleshoot issues through resolution.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT, Security, Infrastructure, vendors, and other technical teams.
• Willingness to share knowledge and help develop the technical capabilities of other team members.
