Role Overview

As a Senior Insider Threat Investigator, you will lead complex, sensitive investigations involving potential insider threats, intellectual property theft, unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information, and other activities that could compromise CoreWeave's operations or interests.

You will apply professional investigative methodologies, counterintelligence principles, behavioral analysis, and sound judgment to identify, assess, investigate, and help mitigate insider risks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive professional investigative experience in federal law enforcement, counterintelligence, corporate investigations, military criminal investigations, or intelligence operations.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading complex, sensitive investigations involving insider threats, intellectual property theft, espionage, or other serious security concerns.
• Advanced proficiency in investigative planning, interviewing, evidence evaluation, investigative documentation, case management, and producing defensible findings.
• Proven ability to assess potential insider threats using behavioral indicators, contextual information, and investigative intelligence.
