Role Overview

The Senior Counsel, Employment will independently own a broad portfolio of U.S. employment matters, employment disputes, and strategic projects, providing practical, business-minded advice and exercising sound judgment.

What You Will Do

The role involves providing day-to-day and strategic advice on U.S. employment matters, managing employment disputes, and building trusted partnerships with People and business stakeholders.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of relevant employment-law and litigation experience, strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant employment-law and litigation experience
• Meaningful experience advising a multi-state U.S. workforce
• Demonstrated experience managing employment disputes and litigation
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and experience applying legal principles across U.S. jurisdictions
