Role Overview
Manage the team and scale the program responsible for sourcing multiple GWs of US powered land, powered shell, and turnkey opportunities through a network of brokers, landowners, and developers.
What You Will Do
Run diligence on every candidate site, negotiate leases, PSAs, and JV structures, direct vendor due diligence, and own capacity planning and forecasting.

- Negotiated powered land and site development deals
- Closed large, multi-party real estate deals

- Experience with behind-the-meter and bridge-to-utility power solutions
- JV structuring and project finance
- Large-load interconnection and utility tariff processes
