Role Overview
The Business Operations Team Lead is a hands-on leadership role, combining people management with direct ownership and execution of Business Operations activities and processes. The role is responsible for leading and developing a team of Operations Specialists, driving strong operational performance, and ensuring effective and scalable execution across the purchase-to-pay (P2P) lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading and developing the Business Operations team, maintaining an active hands-on role in Business Operations activities, owning and continuously improving Business Operations processes, and driving operational performance and quality.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Procurement Operations, Finance Operations, P2P, or a related operational role
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing team members
- Experience driving cross-functional processes and working with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, Accounting, and other business functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and operational insights to support decision-making
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams
